1. Can I buy just one book? Yes. The only time additional charges may apply is in special circumstance such as, expedite the order or shipping to a foreign country.

3. Once I place an order how long will it take to get my books? With regular shipping you will get your order usually within 5-10 business days after the order is placed. We ship via US Post Office, United Parcel Service and Federal Express.
   
   
4. Do you offer credit terms? Yes we do. Please call 1-800-244-2665 for all credit details.
   
   
5. Can I buy Crayon in large quantities? Yes. You can buy one single box or you can buy ten truckloads. Just give us the details.
   
   
6. Can I sell books in my retail store? Yes. We also have several display options available for your store.
   
   
7. I want to sell books in my e-store? Can I do this?  Yes. Many "cyber stores" currently sell our product. Pricing will be determined by you. Some e-stores ... currently sell our books for 8.99 to 14.99 per book shipping included.
   
   
8. How much is shipping? Shipping is determined on the distance from where our company is located, unless special circumstances exist with your order.
   
   
9. Do you have racks or displays? Yes. Please visit our Retail order form.
   
   
10. How do we start a fundraiser with big books? You can take orders in advance. You can purchase book and sell them on the spot in your area. Please call for options, flyers and details at 1-800-244-2665 and ask for sales.
    
    
11. Do you take returns? If you get the wrong book or if your order is damaged in shipping we do take returns. We must be notified of your wrong order within 10 business days of receipt of order.
    
    
12. Do you have discounts for large quantity orders? Yes. Call 1-800-244-2665 ask for sales for discount information.
    
    
13. Where can I get books in my area? Email info@bigcoloringbooks.com and ask where you can get books in your neighborhood or call 1-800-244-2665. We will respond almost immediately.
